・Design and Establish a Global Governance Model: Lead the design, alignment with RHQ regulations, and institutionalization of a globally unified security policy/standard system, as well as the framework for minimum standards and exception management.
・Integrate and Align Global Stakeholders: Lead alignment with RHQ, cross-functional collaboration with IT, Legal, and Audit, and consensus-building with both management and on-site teams, taking into account regional maturity differences (e.g., EU/APAC).
・Raise Organizational Security Capability: Increase the overall governance maturity of the group through the design of security education for managers and executives, and by promoting organizational transformation that integrates security into management decision-making.

経験・スキル

・Practical Experience and Leadership in Governance Design：
Ability to lead the design and implementation of governance frameworks, policies, and organizational controls based on extensive practical experience in information security and IT governance.
・Advanced Coordination and Stakeholder Management：
High-level communication and execution skills to coordinate across multiple departments and regions—including business units, IT, and executive management—and to structure complex issues into actionable organizational decisions and results.
・Professional Expertise and Global Insight：
Deep systematic understanding of information security frameworks (such as ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST CSF) and risk management, combined with expertise in multinational business operations and compliance with international regulations (along with advanced English proficiency).
