■Role Overview
As Junior Business Intelligence Analyst,, you will Supports global business performance through data analysis, forecasting, reporting, and budgeting.

■Main tasks include:
・Assist in budget planning, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis
・Analyze monthly global sales data and maintain performance dashboards
・Deliver monthly product analytics to the Global Marketing team
・Conduct ad-hoc analysis to evaluate profitability across business lines

経験・スキル

[Required]
・Experience in business analytics, sales analysis, or financial analysis
・Advanced proficiency in Excel and knowledge of BI/data tools
・Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data into insights
・Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)

[Preferred]
・Experience in manufacturing or global business environment
・Experience with large datasets and cross-regional collaboration
・Japanese language capability
