■About our Client

■Role Overview
You will be responsible for leading monthly and year-end closing operations, managing bank accounts, and supporting E-commerce finance.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead monthly and year-end closing processes in collaboration with Managers
・Manage bank accounts and oversee payment approvals
・Manage expense reimbursements and update guidelines with HR
・Serve as the main Finance point of contact for E-commerce business
・Handle import-related operations and optimize processes as needed
・Supervise and mentor 1 Senior Accountant and 1 Junior Accountant

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

[Mandatory]
・8-10 years of accounting experience in the retail industry
・Solid understanding of accounting principles, IFRS, and year-end closing
・Hands-on experience with SAP software
・Fluent Japanese and business-level English

[Preferred]
・Experience in the apparel industry
・USCPA or equivalent qualification
・Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables)
・Strong cross-functional communication and multi-tasking skills
