- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing activities, including RFx (RFI/RFP/RFQ) processes.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance, and contract compliance.
- Negotiate commercial terms and drive procurement cost optimization initiatives.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies and sourcing frameworks.
- Partner with business leaders, HR, and project teams to support workforce procurement and demand planning.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers while driving supplier consolidation.
- Analyze procurement spend, contracts, and market trends to support sourcing decisions.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with global procurement teams and support implementation of global initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous process improvement.

経験・スキル

- 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or procurement consulting.
- Experience with supplier selection, contract negotiation, and RFx processes.
- Proven track record of procurement strategy development and cost reduction initiatives.
- Business-level English with experience working with global stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
