■ Position: FP&A Manager
■ Working Conditions: Hybrid / Remote Working Options Available (1 day home)
■ Start Date: Negotiable

The FP&A manager acts as a business partner to Fashion brand organization, providing financial insights to achieve business targets and realizing the Maisons’ strategy. Under the supervision of the
Head of F&A FP&A, s/he participates in the planning and the controlling of F&A Japan.

・Drive annual budgeting, strategic financial planning, and periodic forecasting cycles
・Monitor brand performance, evaluating risk exposure and identifying value-creation opportunities
・Manage Capex planning and perform post-investment variance tracking against authorized budgets
・Deliver actionable monthly financial reporting packages and ad-hoc analyses to support executive decision-making
・Partner closely with accounting teams and key stakeholders to ensure accurate, streamlined monthly closings
・Champion process optimization across financial frameworks, reporting procedures, and systems

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Required Experience/Technical Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or finance is preferred
• Background in retail is a plus
• Solid FP&A/Finance business partnering experience (5+ years) preferably within a multinational
company
• Accounting knowledge (P/L, BS, CASHFLOW)
• Experience managing full P&L
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools/ERP
• Japanese fluent level, with business English level (both verbal and written)
