A global company with stable business in Japan is looking for a Bilingual Japanese & English speaking candidate to take ownership of an SAP S/4 Migration.

As the Enterprise Data Management Team Lead, you will direct data governance initiatives across our financial supply chain. You will be responsible for creating robust frameworks that ensure data accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. By leading cross-functional projects and managing SAP-related system migrations, you will play a pivotal role in digital transformation and process standardization, effectively bridging the gap between local operational needs and global governance standards.

Main tasks include
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to ensure operational success.
Establish and maintain rigorous quality standards for master data within SAP and CRM systems.
Design and implement new policies to optimize Material and Customer master data management.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align data strategies with business objectives.
Execute SAP migration projects and drive continuous process digitization to improve accuracy.

経験・スキル

Requirements
3+ years of experience in people management or project leadership.
In-depth knowledge of SAP systems, specifically MM and SD modules.
Expertise in master data management (Material, Customer, or Contract data).
Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into system and data strategies.
Proven track record in driving process improvement and organizational change.
Business-level proficiency in English for global stakeholder communication.
Ability to build consensus through logical negotiation and influence.
Highly ethical approach to handling sensitive financial and compliance-related data.
