■Core Responsibilities
Architect the Data & Experience Strategy: Define and execute the national roadmap for consumer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across 1P and 2P data platforms, cleanrooms, and CDP networks.

・Commercialization & Activation: Turn data assets into direct business impact by maximizing audience intelligence across paid, owned, and partner channels.

・Global Alignment & Tech Localization: Serve as the strategic liaison between international innovation hubs and local market execution, ensuring seamless tech rollouts, vendor selection, and strict data privacy compliance (in partnership with legal and DPO teams).

・Operational Excellence & Scale: Establish unified performance metrics and growth-hacking frameworks, creating standardized journey playbooks to drive efficiency across multiple business units.

・Team Leadership & Next-Gen Tech: Foster a high-performing digital community, leading upskilling initiatives and experimenting with emerging tech like generative AI to keep the enterprise ahead of market trends.

経験・スキル

Required skills and Experiences
・10+ Years of Expertise: Proven success leading enterprise-level data marketing, MarTech, or CRM initiatives within FMCG, premium retail, or consumer-centric sectors.

・Advanced MarTech & Ecosystem Mastery: Hands-on experience with marketing automation suites, customer data platforms (CDPs), data cleanrooms, and local ecosystems (e.g., LINE, Salesforce).

・Matrix Leadership: A proven ability to influence, align, and partner with diverse stakeholders—ranging from local business leads and legal counsel to regional and global tech teams.

・Data Governance Literacy: Solid working knowledge of personal data protection laws, consent management, and privacy compliance.

・Business-level English is required for international collaboration. (Japanese proficiency is beneficial for local cross-functional alignment).
