■Role Overview
Lead global treasury functions including cash management, funding, financial risk, banking, and governance to ensure liquidity and support global growth strategies across Japan, Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead global cash forecasting and optimize cross-border liquidity strategies
・Execute global funding strategies, debt management, and M&A financing
・Manage FX, interest rate, and financial risk mitigation strategies
・Lead strategic relationships and negotiations with global banking partners
・Establish global treasury governance, policies, and system automation
・Oversee global insurance programs and corporate risk financing strategy

経験・スキル

■Requirements
Mandatory
・12-15+ yrs experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking
・Experience in a multinational manufacturing or tech company
・Strong knowledge of global cash, FX risk, and debt financing
・Proven track record negotiating with global financial institutions
・Business-level or higher fluency in English
・Business-level or higher Japanese preferred for HQ interactions

Preferred
・Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing
・Experience working in a Japanese-headquartered multinational
・Hands-on experience with SAP, S/4HANA, or treasury systems
・Knowledge of IFRS or holding CPA, CFA, CTP, or MBA certifications
