Key Responsibilities:
Cross-Border Counsel: Lead daily legal consultations and complex contract reviews in both Japanese and English.
Strategic Growth & Risk: Drive M&A transactions, handle litigation disputes, and manage company-wide risk management strategies.
Governance & Culture: Oversee the Compliance Committee, direct sensitive individual cases, and design legal and compliance training programs across the organization.

Who We Are Looking For:
5+ years of corporate legal experience.
Proven track record in Japanese-English legal consultation and contract review.
Direct experience handling compliance, M&A, or litigation matters.
