● Collaborate with users and project team on requirements and expectations
● Analyze business requirements, create proper data solutions that meets functional and
non-functional requirements
● Analyze existing system to find the original source data based on business requirements
● Work with the Application Development team to implement data strategies, build data flows
● Guide System Analysts, Engineers, Programmers and others on project limitations and
capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces
● Discover metadata of the source database, including value patterns and distributions, key
candidates, foreign-key candidates, and functional dependencies
● Design logical and physical data models
● Create design documents including FRD
● Prepare test cases, test data, and capture test evidence
● Implement AI solutions to improve internal data automation

経験・スキル

● Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field, or equivalent experience is ideal
● Relevant experience in system development or business system analyst role
● Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
● Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
Skills:
● Strong data/system analytics skills using various coding language
● Good knowledge of SQL/Oracle database, MS-SQL Server, Power BI, MongoDB, Linux,
networking
● Data structures and data management knowledge and proven experience
● Exposure to new platforms and adapt to a continuous evolving ecosystem of multiple moving components involving Hive, HBase, Zeppelin, Spark, Livy, Solr
● Good problem-solving skills
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
● AI related knowledge/experience
Preferable:
● Understanding of REST API, micro-services, ETL, and Salesforce is preferred
● Hand-on experience with Cloud services is preferred
● Understanding of streaming data processing and change data capture is preferred
Language:
● Japanese: Advanced
● English: Intermediate (preferred)
