You will lead industrial automation systems and OT cybersecurity at the manufacturing site, ensuring robust control operations, system lifecycle management, and technology upgrades.

■Main tasks include:
・Design, maintain, and upgrade industrial automation systems (PLC/SCADA, IoT)
・Implement site-level OT cybersecurity policies and vulnerability management
・Perform risk assessments and respond to security alerts on control systems
・Manage OT equipment lifecycles and integrate smart manufacturing solutions
・Ensure full compliance with GMP regulations, cybersecurity, and calibration standards
・Develop and deliver technical training programs for site engineering teams

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

【Must】
・4-5+ years of experience in automation and OT cybersecurity
・In-depth knowledge of control systems (PLC/SCADA) and OT security
・Strong understanding of GMP, quality control, and risk management
・Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, or related field

【Welcome】
・Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments
・Familiarity with project management principles and system validation
・Business-level or above English communication skills
・Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
