■Role Overview
You will be responsible for leading engineering teams, managing software engineering talent, and driving agile development processes to deliver high-quality mobile securities products.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead recruitment, coaching, evaluation, and 1on1s for software engineers
・Manage engineering teams and build a scalable engineering organization
・Drive agile development processes and optimize product delivery speed
・Collaborate closely with product managers and key stakeholders
・Identify technical challenges and implement scalable solutions
・Improve team productivity and maintain high product quality standards

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

【Must-have】
・Hands-on experience in web or mobile app software development
・Proven track record of managing engineering teams and organizations
・Experience in engineer hiring, mentoring, and performance evaluation
・Business-level or higher Japanese communication skills

【Nice-to-have】
・Experience in development management within the FinTech or financial sector
・Proven track record of introducing and operating Agile/Scrum frameworks
・Experience developing and operating large-scale, high-traffic systems
・Business-level or higher English communication skills
