This position plays a pivotal role in driving financial planning, business performance, and strategic decision-making while partnering closely with senior leadership across the organization.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning
・Act as a finance business partner to support strategic decisions
・Build and maintain robust financial models for business evaluation
・Analyze financial performance, risks, and actionable opportunities
・Monitor profitability, working capital, and cash flow for growth
・Drive process improvement across FP&A systems and methodologies

■Hourly wage
4,000-5,000 yen/hour

■Working Conditions:
• Regular business hours(10:00–19:00) with flexibility required during key business cycles.
• Office-based work (one day of remote work per week allowed).

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Mandatory
・5+ years of experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance
・Proven experience leading budgeting and forecasting processes
・Strong financial analysis, modeling, and problem-solving skills
・High-level communication skills in both English and Japanese

■Preferred
・Experience in retail, luxury, or consumer goods industries
・Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
・Professional qualifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA
