Market Finance Leadership
・Single point of contact for Cluster, Region and Group Finance
・Owns the full Finance function in the market with all Finance resources aligned under one structure
・Provides one unified Finance voice and consistent financial narrative
・Ensures consistent application of Group policies, governance, and controls
・Represents the Finance function locally and within the global Finance community

Finance Operating Model, Efficiency & Synergies
・Drives cross-channel efficiency, cost synergies, and elimination of duplicated activities
・Harmonizes processes, systems, and ways of working across channels
・Implements the global Finance Target Operating Model at market level
・Transitions transactional activities to shared services or outsourcing
・Establishes scalable, efficient Finance structures leveraging automation and digital tools
・Tracks and delivers measurable efficiency and transformation outcomes

Strategic Business Partnering & Performance
・Ensures strong financial partnership to Market Leaders as well as Wholesale and Retail MDs and local leadership teams, either directly or through dedicated Finance Business Partners
・Ensures high-quality, consistent financial support across all channels
・Actively steers business performance by providing financial insight on market dynamics, competitive environment, and strategic initiatives (e.g. new products, growth initiatives)
・Drives performance transparency, forecasting, and fact-based decision making
・Challenges and influences business decisions to ensure value creation and target delivery
・Facilitates cross-channel alignment and acts as neutral arbiter in financial matters
・Prepares and leads monthly and quarterly business reviews

Governance, Compliance & Control
・Accountable for statutory financial statements and market-level compliance
・Oversees internal controls, audit, ERM, and the overall governance environment
・Acts as key contact for auditors, tax authorities, banks, and external stakeholders
・Coordinates with Group functions (Tax, Treasury, Controlling) to ensure proper execution
・Ensures store compliance, audit standards, and adherence to Group policies
・Ensures integrity of financial data, master data structures, and KPI definitions in line with Group standards
・Governs cost allocation methodologies and ensures consistency and transparency of performance measurement
・Ensures effective coordination with shared services for transactional accounting and data management
・Oversees the Finance systems landscape and drives standardization and continuous improvement

Planning, Forecasting & Reporting
・Leads the planning process including targets, budgets, forecasts, and CAPEX
・Ensures alignment with Business and Corporate Controlling guidelines
・Provides regular performance reporting and ad-hoc analysis
・Ensures integrity and consistency of KPIs, reporting, and financial data

経験・スキル

・10+ years of experience in financial management
・Demonstrated strong financial leadership across performance management, reporting, and governance
・Proven ability to drive transparency and performance narratives at market level
・Deep understanding of matrix organizations and multi-channel business models
・Experience in cost optimization, efficiency programs
・Proven experience in defining and implementing Finance operating models, including shared services and outsourcing
・Demonstrated leadership of market-level or multi-entity Finance organizations
・Ability to standardize processes while respecting business realities
・Experience working with senior stakeholders at MD level or above
・Proven experience leading transformation in complex environments
・Strong track record in driving standardization, simplification, and organizational transformation
