- Review and drafting of NDAs, outsourcing agreements, joint research agreements, license agreements, etc. - Responding to legal consultations from various business and development departments - Clarifying legal issues and assessing risks in project promotion - Developing contract templates and improving contract management processes - Supporting compliance and risk management - Cooperating in internal legal education and guideline development - Liaising with external law firms as needed *Those interested in intellectual property or corporate law can challenge themselves in a wide range of legal areas in the future.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

Attending five years or more of contract law practice at a business company or law firm - Attorney's license or equivalent advanced legal practice experience (※License is not mandatory, but candidates should possess equivalent legal judgment skills) - Experience reviewing and drafting contracts (e.g., NDAs, service agreements, joint research agreements) - English proficiency (ability to read and handle English contracts via email)
