■About the Company

■Role Overview
You will oversee accounting closes, regulatory reporting, and finance automation projects as Financial Controller (VP) for the Tokyo branch.

■Main tasks include:
・Perform accounting closes and control procedures.
・Prepare local regulatory and head office reports.
・Automate and standardize accounting processes.
・Liaise with offshore support teams and stakeholders.
・Coordinate tax filings and support financial audits.
・Support branch projects and system implementations.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

・Required experience working in the accounting departments in the security firms or banks or experience working in audit firms.
・Accounting skill and knowledge for local GAAP or IFRS.
・Knowledge and experience over Japanese tax rules and calculation.
・Understanding of banking or securities business and knowledge of financial products.
・Required Excel skill handing a lot of data.
・Required business English skill.
・Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
・Experience in Finance transformation, such as automation, streamline processes, project management skill will be plus.
・Strong knowledge in accounting systems and data.
