As Finance Manager, you will lead financial management, accounting, FP&A, and compliance for Japan, serving as a strategic business partner to drive sustainable growth.

■Main tasks include:
・Manage financial accounting, close, and reporting in line with Group standards
・Lead budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and business performance analysis
・Act as a finance business partner to the Country Head and regional leadership
・Oversee treasury, tax compliance, transfer pricing, and payroll operations
・Ensure internal controls, group compliance, and data protection programs
・Collaborate with global headquarters and regional offices on strategic initiatives

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

【Must】
・5+ years of accounting and financial controlling experience in MNCs
・Knowledge of JGAAP as well as IFRS or Swiss GAAP
・Business-level or above proficiency in Japanese and English

【Welcome】
・Official bookkeeping certification, CPA, or MBA
・Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations
・Experience with financial reporting systems and ERP implementations
・Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
