■Role Overview
You will manage business controlling, rolling forecasts, P&L variance analysis, and risk assessments to support leadership in achieving budget targets.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead 12-month rolling forecasts & business plans.
・Analyze budget vs. actuals variance for leadership.
・Perform monthly P&L, sales, and KPI reporting.
・Drive cost savings initiatives with leaders.
・Manage accruals, revenue recognition & project accounting.
・Prepare cash forecasts & oversee debtor collections.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

【Must Have】
・Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
・5+ years of experience in financial controlling
・Advanced skills in Excel & PowerPoint
・Fluent Japanese & Business level English

【Nice to Have】
・Knowledge and experience with HFM structure
・Experience working in a diverse global environment
