■About our Client
An innovative travel-tech pioneer serving over 10,000 properties across the Asia Pacific region and reshaping the hospitality industry through advanced AI-native solutions.

■Role Overview
You will serve as a player-coach leading the design craft and organization across company’s product suite. Also drive Trust UX for AI products, build AI-native design practices, and scale the design system.

■Main tasks include:
・Setting design vision and quality standards as a hands-on player-coach
・Owning the design system, hiring bar, and IC/Principal growth paths
・Designing Trust UX frameworks for autonomous AI products and services
・Re-engineering design processes with AI for compressed product cycles
・Leading product discovery in close partnership with cross-functional teams
・Managing and mentoring a senior team of product designers across APAC

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・8+ years in product/UX design with 3+ years leading or mentoring
・Experience building/scaling design systems and raising craft bars
・Product thinking with design tied to outcomes, metrics, and business
・AI-native mindset for AI/agentic products and process optimization
・English fluency to partner with multicultural leadership (No JP required)
・Desirable: Experience in hospitality, travel-tech, or complex B2B SaaS
