Role & Responsibilities
As the CRM Lead Specialist, you will be the driving force behind the development and implementation of Salesforce (SFDC) strategies. You will translate complex business needs into actionable digital solutions, working closely with commercial leadership to optimize sales operations and territory planning. By bridging the gap between raw data and strategic decision-making, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the digital agility of the organization.

Main tasks include
Lead the end-to-end development, delivery, and reporting of SFDC functionalities.
Design intuitive dashboards to track performance metrics and provide actionable business insights.
Drive digital marketing and sales force initiatives by leveraging AI and CRM capabilities.
Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to refine sales strategies and territory designs based on market data.
Ensure strict adherence to corporate compliance and ethical standards across all digital operations.

経験・スキル

Requirements
Strong professional experience with Salesforce (SFDC) in a commercial environment.
Expertise in data management and analytical tools, including Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel (Power Query/Pivot).
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical system solutions.
Excellent communication skills to build cross-functional relationships at local and global levels.
High level of digital literacy and an eagerness to adopt emerging technologies.
Strong interpersonal skills to thrive in a collaborative corporate culture.
Professional proficiency in both English and Japanese.
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining data integrity and compliance standards.
