Role
Role & Responsibilities
As the Senior Manager, you will oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of CRM strategies to align with evolving business objectives. You will act as a pivotal link between IT infrastructure and the sales force, ensuring that digital tools are not only functional but effectively integrated into daily operations. You will be responsible for leading a team and translating complex data into actionable insights that empower commercial leadership to design effective sales strategies and territory management.

Main tasks include
Lead the end-to-end management and functional development of CRM and Salesforce platforms.
Design intuitive dashboards and reports that optimize performance tracking and end-user adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with sales force effectiveness (SFE).
Analyze market data to provide strategic recommendations for territory design and commercial growth.
Manage and mentor team members, ensuring clear communication and professional development.
Drive the adoption of AI-enhanced digital marketing and sales tools across the organization.

経験・スキル

Requirements
Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in CRM management or commercial operations.
Expert-level knowledge and hands-on administrative experience with Salesforce (SFDC).
Proven experience in data management, including advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query/Pivot) and Power BI.
Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to visualize data utility for field teams.
Demonstrated success in people management and fostering productive team communication.
Industry experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or diagnostic reagents.
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
Ability to operate with high levels of flexibility and stakeholder engagement.
Strong project management skills with a focus on system implementation and change management.
