【About the Role】
We are currently seeking an experienced and analytical professional to lead our management accounting and controlling operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in budgeting, performance monitoring, and cost optimization, while also managing and mentoring a dedicated controlling team.

【Key Responsibilities】
• Controlling / Management Accounting: Oversee overall management accounting (=FP&A/Controlling) operations for the company.
• Budgeting & Performance Monitoring: Collect and analyze essential data to formulate budgets and track performance regarding company-wide expenses and fixed assets.
• Expenditure Review: Evaluate and support expenditure proposals for expenses and fixed assets submitted by various departments and project teams.
• Factory Controlling: Analyze factory accounting data (including cost accounting) and proactively propose and help execute cost-improvement strategies.
• Team Leadership: Manage, guide, and mentor the controlling team to ensure high performance and continuous professional growth.

経験・スキル

【Must-Have Qualifications】
• Experience: Hands-on experience in FP&A or Management Accounting.
• Leadership: People management and team leadership experience.
• Language Skills: Business level Japanese and English
• IT Skills: proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

【Preferred Qualifications / Nice-to-Haves】
• Experience with Bookkeeping, IFRS, or US GAAP.
• Prior experience within a foreign-affiliated (Gaishi) company.
• Hands-on experience using SAP.
• Background in financial accounting and/or tax accounting.

【Desired Profile & Soft Skills】
• Analytical: Numerical acumen and sharp business analysis skills.
• Collaborative: Interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
