A world-renowned global retail group is seeking a visionary Logistics Digital Transformation Manager to spearhead the modernization of their Japan logistics network.

In this highly strategic role, you won't just keep things moving—you will redefine how they move.
You will have the unique opportunity to pilot cutting-edge technologies, from robotics and digital twins to low-code automation, establishing a state-of-the-art logistics ecosystem.

■Your Core Mission
As the chief architect of our logistics innovation roadmap, you will lead the end-to-end digital evolution of warehouse and supply chain operations. You will act as the bridge between logistics operations, global IT teams, and external technology partners to drive operational excellence.

■Key Responsibilities
・Pioneer Automation & Digitalization: Identify manual bottlenecks within current warehouse workflows and design/implement automated, digital-first alternatives.

・Lead Next-Gen Technology Exploration: Research, validate, and scale emerging technologies.
・Collaborate with premier consulting firms and tech vendors to build PoCs and robust business cases.
・Orchestrate Complex Projects: Manage on-site implementation projects from conception to stabilization. Collaborate closely with IT, robotics specialists, and operational performance teams to ensure seamless deployments.
・Act as the Digital Evangelist: Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the local logistics digital roadmap, aligning regional initiatives with the group’s overarching global technology strategy.
・Deliver Measurable Impact: Build viable business cases that optimize operational costs, drive sustainable process improvements, and boost overall logistics performance.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Essential requirements
・Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
・5+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
・Strong proficiency in SAP and EWM is highly critical
・Japanese (Fluent level or above) and Business English

■Desirable requirements
・Knowledge of warehouse automation, robotics, and IT hardware
・Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (UiPath, etc.)
・Practical experience with digital twin software (FlexSim)
