■About our Client

■Role Overview
You will be responsible for statutory accounting, financial controls, and month-end close for the Government Services division in Japan, while coordinating with Global Shared Services and regional finance teams.

■Main tasks include:
・ Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
・ Ensure IFRS, J-GAAP, and tax compliance.
・ Coordinate annual audits and prepare journal entries.
・ Supervise and develop the local accounting team.
・ Partner with Global Shared Services and FP&A.
・ Lead process improvements and workflow documentation.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

[Required]
・ 5+ years of corporate accounting experience.
・ Business-level Japanese and English skills.
・ Deep knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.
・ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

[Preferred]
・ Experience in MNC service environments.
・ Proficiency in Sun6 or Cognos systems.
・ Experience in team supervision or coaching.
