- Lead cross-functional supply chain projects, including new product launches, packaging changes, promotions, and product lifecycle initiatives.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, and regional/global stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables while ensuring on-time commercialization.
- Drive portfolio management activities, including SKU optimization and product lifecycle planning.
- Oversee supply chain processes related to product introductions, master data, and ERP workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor project performance, resolve issues proactively, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to regional supply chain transformation projects.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, project management, or commercialization within an international company.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects involving Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong analytical capabilities.
- Business-level English with the ability to collaborate with global teams; Japanese proficiency required for local stakeholder communication.
- Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing, life sciences, or a similar fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
