Role & Responsibilities:
As a Product Manager, you will serve as the product owner for a core affiliate platform, acting as the critical bridge between business objectives and technical execution. You will navigate complex requirements to maximize product value, ensuring that both internal stakeholders and end-users benefit from high-quality, scalable solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to product lifecycle management, from roadmap development to troubleshooting incidents, while ensuring the platform remains at the forefront of marketing trends.

Main tasks include:
■ Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap to guide long-term development.
■ Lead cross-functional communication between business units, tech leads, and engineering teams.
■ Define requirements, establish technical specifications, and create detailed PRDs.
■ Manage and prioritize the product backlog to optimize delivery outcomes.
■ Monitor service KPIs to track performance and drive product improvements.
■ Analyze emerging advertising trends and technologies to integrate into the platform strategy.
■ Resolve operational incidents and communicate potential impacts to stakeholders.

経験・スキル

■ 5+ years of professional experience in product management.
■ Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and perform data-driven analysis.
■ Strong command of English (Advanced level) for international collaboration.
■ Business-level proficiency in Japanese is preferred but not mandatory.
■ Solid understanding of affiliate marketing technologies and web application architecture.
■ Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-team alignment.
■ Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on business-driven outcomes.
■ Experience in web-based operations or software development lifecycles.
