Role & Responsibilities:
As a Senior SRE, you will serve as a guardian of system availability and performance. You will be responsible for defining and monitoring SLOs, automating infrastructure lifecycles, and leading incident response efforts. By leveraging modern cloud architecture and IaC practices, you will minimize operational toil and build "golden paths" that enable development teams to deliver secure, high-quality code at speed. You will play a central role in complex system design, ensuring that massive-scale transactions remain stable, redundant, and highly available.

Main tasks include:
■ Design and maintain SLI/SLOs for critical services in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
■ Architect resilient systems for failover, redundancy, and disaster recovery to ensure data integrity.
■ Forecast resource demand and lead capacity planning for cost-effective scaling.
■ Develop and execute CI/CD pipelines using IaC and container orchestration tools.
■ Manage production operations, including incident response, on-call rotations, and blameless postmortems.
■ Automate repetitive tasks and reduce toil using scripting and AI-driven operational tools.
■ Drive security, compliance, and vulnerability management across the infrastructure environment.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
■ 8+ years of professional experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.
■ 5+ years of hands-on expertise in Kubernetes deployment and lifecycle management.
■ 5+ years of production experience with Linux OS operations and database management.
■ Proficiency in IaC tools such as Terraform or Pulumi for infrastructure automation.
■ Demonstrated success in designing large-scale web/app infrastructure on public cloud platforms.
■ Experience in maintaining system monitoring environments like Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
■ Strong knowledge of network security, DNS, load balancing, and TLS protocols.
■ Capability in scripting (Python, Shell) and leveraging AI-agentic coding assistance.
■ Excellent technical communication skills with a focus on stakeholder collaboration.
