経験・スキル

- Fluency in both Japanese and English is essential.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant finance experience, ideally within a multinational or matrix-style organization.
- Proven leadership ability with a track record of influencing commercial teams and driving decision-making.
- Expertise in financial modeling and a desire to leverage modern technology for data-backed insights.
- Experience in FMCG or premium consumer goods sectors is considered a significant advantage.
