・Project Management: Serve as a Project Manager for project at Asian and European subsidiaries, handling project planning, progress tracking, issue and change management (including stakeholder coordination), and reporting to management.
・Standardization and Organizational Support: Support the standardization of development and maintenance transfer methodologies for the project, and assist in establishing a global framework and driving horizontal deployment both domestically and internationally.
・Promotion of Next-Generation DX and IT Infrastructure: Participate as a PMO in company-wide DX initiatives and SAP rollouts, collaborating with key members at headquarters, local subsidiaries, and factories to drive the implementation of next-generation IT infrastructure.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

・5+ years of experience in project management, including at least 2+ years in SAP.
・Experience in global project management collaborating with international stakeholders is a strong plus.
・Business-level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2+) and English (TOEIC 750+).
