A Global European company is seeking a dynamic BI & Data Lead to drive our transformation into a high-performing, data-driven organization. In this critical role, you will build Japan's data platform from the ground up, develop innovative BI solutions, and establish a robust data governance plan to empower data-driven decision-making across the business.

What You'll Do:

Build the Foundation: Create and manage the central data platform for Japan on a cloud Platform, integrating data from all departments using internal and external data.

Translate & Create: Convert business requirements into technical solutions, developing insightful dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Ensure Data Integrity: Clean, manage, and link local data with global systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their needs, deliver high-quality analysis, and continuously improve our data capabilities.

What You'll Bring:

A bachelor’s degree

A minimum of 5 years of experience in data platform development, business intelligence, or data analytics.

Hands-on experience integrating diverse data sources and proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into data solutions. Business level in both Japanese & English is required.
