■Role Overview
Manage and execute strategic programs and projects within the department. Collaborate with global business partners and product teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance guest experiences.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead the planning and execution of digital programs and releases.
・Analyze and document key business and technical requirements.
・Develop and track project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
・Provide risk analysis and resolve project issues and action items.
・Manage quality assurance, test plan development, and bug tracking.
・Facilitate project meetings and report progress to global stakeholders.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

【Minimum Qualifications】
・Degree in Computer Science, IT, or 5-7+ years equivalent experience.
・Proven experience in project management or business analysis.
・Experience developing project plans, budgets, and timelines.
・Advanced proficiency in both Japanese and English.

【Preferred Qualifications】
・Project Management Certification (PMP, Agile, etc.).
・Experience with software development tools and Agile processes.
