■Role Overview
Lead finance, treasury, and credit functions for the Japanese subsidiary.
Ensure accurate J-GAAP and IFRS reporting, effective cash management, tax compliance, and strong internal controls. Partner closely with the CFO and global headquarters while leading the Accounting & Treasury team.

■Main Responsibilities include:
・Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing under J-GAAP and IFRS.
・Manage tax compliance, transfer pricing, and statutory/internal audits.
・Oversee cash management, liquidity, AP/AR operations, and banking relationships.
・Establish credit risk frameworks for dealer financing and retail receivables.
・Maintain ICFR and drive process improvements and ERP automation.
・Lead and develop the Accounting & Treasury team while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
【Must】
・10+ years of experience in Accounting, Treasury, or Finance.
・5+ years of team leadership and people management experience.
・Strong hands-on experience in financial closing, tax compliance, and statutory audit management.
・Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.

【Preferred】
・Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and knowledge of J-GAAP and IFRS.
