■Role Overview
As the Head of Financial Controlling (Japan FP&A), you will lead financial planning, analysis, and controlling for the Japan entity. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior management, driving business performance and strategic decision-making.
■Main tasks include:
・Manage monthly closing, financial controls, and corporate compliance.
・Lead budgeting, forecasting, and P&L planning with the Japan Leadership team.
・Analyze financial performance and KPIs, delivering insights to management.
・Provide financial guidance and modeling support for business decisions and process improvements.

- ■Requirements
Required
・5 years of FP&A experience within a multinational company.
・Fluent English communication skills.
・High integrity, accountability, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
Preferred

・Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
