About the Role

Join a global organization as a Test Manager responsible for leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enterprise system releases. Working with regional stakeholders and offshore development teams, you will ensure high-quality software delivery, effective defect management, and continuous improvements to testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) lifecycle, including planning, execution, defect resolution, and business sign-off.
- Develop test strategies, test plans, success metrics, and release readiness criteria.
- Coordinate testing activities with business users, IT teams, and offshore development teams across multiple regions.
- Monitor testing progress and communicate project status, risks, issues, and release readiness to stakeholders.
- Manage the defect lifecycle, including logging, prioritization, validation, regression testing, and closure using testing tools.
- Prepare testing documentation, reports, and dashboards to support project governance.
- Collaborate with regional teams to standardize testing methodologies, governance, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvements to testing processes, tools, and quality assurance practices.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Proven experience leading cross-functional testing activities involving business, IT, and offshore teams.
- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), UAT methodologies, and QA best practices.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar test management and defect tracking tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and reporting skills.
