■Role Overview
You will be responsible for adapting the laboratory to meet J-OEM needs, focusing on testing and analyzing new chassis technologies. This role involves leading test schedules, equipment maintenance, and global technical communication to support business acquisition and production teams.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead regional test activities and schedules for J-OEM Chassis BU.
・Conduct material testing, analysis, and evaluation using SEM/microscopes.
・Manage lab equipment maintenance and ensure testing capabilities.
・Collaborate with global R&D labs, including Germany headquarters.
・Provide technical expertise and documentation for engineering and quality teams.
・Support the approval and introduction of new technologies to customers.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

(Must)
・Experience in material testing and laboratory evaluation.
・Knowledge of equipment like microscopes, SEM, and sample preparation.
・Business level or higher proficiency in English and Japanese.
・Strong planning, reporting, and global communication skills.

(Want)
・Qualification or knowledge as an X-ray Safety Supervisor.
・Experience in the automotive industry or with J-OEM projects.
・Knowledge of automotive chassis products and standards like IATF 16949.
