1. IR Strategy Development & Execution
・Strategic Leadership: Design and lead a comprehensive IR strategy to boost the company's market visibility and reputation.
・Executive Alignment: Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure IR initiatives directly support mid- to long-term business goals.
・Unified Narrative: Build a consistent messaging framework that seamlessly connects financial results, business strategy, and the company's growth story.

2. Market Intelligence & Feedback Loop
・Market & Peer Analysis: Monitor capital market trends, valuation shifts, competitor disclosures, and analyst coverage to assess market positioning.
・Executive Feedback: Gather and synthesize insights from investor and analyst dialogues, delivering actionable feedback to senior management.
・Value Enhancement: Provide strategic recommendations based on market intelligence to help drive sustainable equity value.

3. Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration
・Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for global institutional investors and analysts, managing ongoing strategic dialogue.
・IR Material Oversight: Lead the creation and review of earnings presentations, integrated reports, press releases, and marketing materials.
・Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and internal teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial disclosures.
