■ Role Overview
As the primary FP&A contact for the assigned business division, this role supports business growth from a financial perspective. You will assist the FP&A Manager in leading financial reporting, annual business planning, and forecasting.

■ Main Responsibilities
・Lead annual business planning, goal setting, and monthly forecasting for the assigned division, and support execution of business plans.
・Drive initiatives to improve financial performance, including P&L and cash flow management.
・Conduct regular financial analysis and performance reviews with division leadership.
・Improve FP&A processes and contribute to operational and process improvement initiatives.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
Required:
・7 years of FP&A or relevant work experience
・Basic knowledge of financial management including P&L, BS, and Cash Flow
・Business level or above Japanese and fluent business English (writing/speaking)

Preferred:
・Experience working in the High-Tech or IT service industry
・MBA degree
