■Role Overview
As the Accounting Manager, you will oversee financial reporting, close processes, SOX compliance, audits, tax, and cash management for Japan entities under US GAAP and JGAAP, while managing a small team and collaborating with stakeholders.

■Key Responsibilities
・Lead and coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for Japan entities
・Review P&L and balance sheet fluctuations, and monthly account reconciliations
・Act as primary contact for external, internal, and tax audits
・Oversee general ledger integrity and treasury operations under SOX compliance
・Prepare statutory financial statements and corporate tax returns, and support cash management activities

経験・スキル

■Requirements
Required:
・Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in audit firms or commercial companies
・Strong knowledge and practical experience in both US GAAP and Japan GAAP
・Business-level Japanese and English communication skills

Preferred:
・USCPA or JCPA qualification
・Experience with SOX compliance and internal control frameworks
・Experience working in international business environments
