In this position, you will serve as a critical technical partner within the CRM IT team, bridging the gap between complex system architecture and business requirements. You will not only maintain and optimize existing integrations but also play a key role in the delivery of new customer experience projects. By balancing hands-on deep-dive analysis of data and source code with effective stakeholder engagement, you will ensure the stability and evolution of the CRM ecosystem, providing the technical redundancy and capacity needed to support regional growth.

Main tasks include:
■ Analyze CRM system architecture, source code, and data integration flows to ensure optimal performance.
■ Partner with business stakeholders to translate regional requirements into robust technical solutions.
■ Provide hands-on technical support for CRM-related data migration and integration projects.
■ Communicate complex technical risks and progress clearly to both IT and business partners.
■ Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of existing CRM environments.
■ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact customer experience initiatives.

経験・スキル

- SQL Database/ Web Application knowledge
- Ability to understand issues and system errors from a technical standpoint
- Experience in partnering with business users and other IT team members to design and implement system across regions
- Regional Project/Vender management experience.
- Strong communication and documentation skills both in Japanese and English.
- Understanding/Experience Agile methodology and DevOps concept & its processes
- Chinese capability is strongly plus.
- Knowledge of IT project management, such as Fit/Gap analysis, design review and software testing review
- CRM knowledge is a plus
