■About our Client
A global leader in automotive technology, delivering cutting-edge electronic solutions worldwide.

■Role Overview
You will be responsible for all manufacturing aspects of programs from the acquisition phase until 6 months post-Start of Production (SOP), ensuring robust processes, budget compliance, and successful production launches.

■Main tasks include:
・Review and validate manufacturing processes and tooling for new products.
・Manage process definition, production equipment launch, and PFMEA robustness.
・Coordinate the manufacturing team and manage equipment and tooling budgets.
・Study, develop, and set up the complete production system in the plant.
・Ensure successful and timely accomplishment of manufacturing milestones.
・Lead global standardization of core manufacturing technologies and best practices.

経験・スキル

■Qualifications
• English level: fluent level to interact within the team
• Japanese level: fluent level to interact within the team
• Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience Automotive Operations and at least 3 years at
manufacturing/industrial engineering or program management.

■Nice to have
• 3 years PML experience in automotive industry.
• Chinese/Spanish/Thai speaker
• Electronics experience at least 3 years
