■Role Overview
This position is responsible for performance management, strategic planning support, and monthly financial analysis within a global Business Finance organization.

■Main Responsibilities
・Support regional strategic planning and financial modeling/simulations.
・Lead the quarterly forecast process and support country-level forecasting activities.
・Conduct monthly performance analysis and gross margin reviews.
・Support period-end closing activities and review/validate monthly close results.
・Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the global Finance function.
・Drive continuous process improvement, standardization, and alignment across teams.

経験・スキル

■Job Requirements
【Must】
・Over 5 years of experience in financial and performance analysis
・Experience using ERP systems in a multi-business or diversified organization
・Business-level English proficiency

【Preferred】
・Experience in international business transformation or change management
・Knowledge of management accounting, business partnering, and internal controls
・Business-level Japanese proficiency is a plus
