• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes for one of the business units
• Prepare monthly management reports and performance analyses for senior leadership
• Analyze revenue, profitability, costs, and key business drivers
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
• Partner with department leaders to improve financial performance and resource allocation
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to drive growth and efficiency
• Support business cases, pricing analysis, and scenario planning
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting tools, and data quality

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

• 5+ years of FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or Corporate Finance experience
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
• Business-level Japanese and English communication skills preferred
• Proactive, analytical, and commercially minded approach
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools
