■About our Client
A global technology company leading digital transformation for major retail and e-commerce clients worldwide.

■Role Overview
This role delivers end-to-end user experiences for large-scale retail initiatives, localizing global digital platforms for the Japanese market while collaborating with distributed global teams.

■Main tasks include:
・Design end-to-end retail web and mobile digital experiences.
・Translate business needs into high-quality UI/UX designs via Figma.
・Optimize global digital platforms specifically for Japanese users.
・Collaborate with global product teams across Japan and the US.
・Establish clear UX hand-off practices and support QA processes.
・Conduct user testing, A/B testing, and behavior analytics.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

Required:
・5-10 years of experience in UX or Product Design.
・Professional proficiency in Japanese and English.
・Demonstrated experience in retail or e-commerce design.
・Expert proficiency in Figma and strong portfolio.

Preferred:
・Experience with localization or market-specific design.
・Experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
