To continually improve risk management practices by communicating risk management processes and policies, as well as developing and maintaining various risk models as a financial institution. This role involves identifying and analyzing potential risk areas that could jeopardize the organization's success and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.

Risk Management Department Scope:
A) Credit Risk: Evaluation of dealers and outsourced business partners.
B) Residual Value Risk: Analysis and forecasting of products.
C) Operational Risk: Processes, outsourcing, personnel, etc.
D) Legal: Contract review and regulatory/authorities interface.
E) Compliance
F) Business Continuity Management (BCM)

Key Responsibilities
・Implement, maintain, and update risk management processes.
・Analyze financial impacts when risks materialize.
・Conduct risk assessments and evaluations.
・Provide strategic advice on the introduction of risk management methodologies.
・Deliver risk reports to relevant stakeholders.
・Prioritize management of key risks and proactively address daily critical risks.
・Educate employees to raise risk awareness across the organization.
・Evaluate existing policies and procedures.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

・5+ years of hands-on experience in credit risk management within financial services (ideally in banking or finance).
・Experience in at least one of the following areas: Risk management outside of credit, Legal, Compliance, BCM, or Internal Audit.
・Strong willingness to take on diverse tasks through rotation within the Risk Management Department.
・Advanced communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills in both Japanese and English.
