Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle accounting processes, including daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Manage tax reporting, tax audits, and financial compliance audits to ensure regulatory alignment.
- Drive the optimization and efficiency of accounting workflows and reporting timelines.
- Stay current with evolving accounting standards and implement necessary internal adjustments.
- Mentor and develop accounting team members, fostering a culture of excellence and analytical rigor.

- Proven professional experience in accounting within a corporate environment.
- Strong technical expertise in financial statements, reporting, and statutory filings.
- Experience with ERP system optimization and financial process architecture.

- A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate dynamic, evolving business environments.
- Preferred: Experience with M&A accounting, system implementation, and previous leadership or supervisory experience.
