・System & Platform Integration: Orchestrate end-to-end workflows by integrating automation solutions with enterprise systems (SAP, CRM, HR) via APIs and cloud services.
・Data & AI Intelligence: Collaborate with data teams to incorporate structured and unstructured data, analytics, and machine learning models into automation pipelines to enable AI-driven decision-making.
・Operational Support: Monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and drive continuous performance improvement for all automation frameworks.

経験・スキル

・Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in software development or system engineering, with proven proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks.
・A collaborative team player who excels in cross-functional environments, brings analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills, and proactively stays updated with new technologies and architectural patterns.
・Business level in Either or Both Japanese and English
