An innovative travel-tech pioneer serving over 10,000 properties across the Asia Pacific region and reshaping the hospitality industry through advanced AI-native solutions.

■Role Overview
As the Vice President of Product for Demand Generation, reporting directly to the CPO, you will lead the strategic frontline of the company’s generative AI transformation. You will own the end-to-end execution of product roadmaps, manage the PM organization (5–8 members), and drive key business metrics to translate OKRs into shipped, high-impact products.

■Main tasks include:
・Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Demand Generation cluster.
・Lead, mentor, and expand an AI-augmented team of 5–8 Product Managers.
・Oversee products including AI Concierge (Bot), CRM, marketing automation, and web builders.
・Drive global product expansion while managing the unique needs of Japanese enterprise clients.
・Collaborate closely with the CxO team, Gen AI PdM, and engineering leads to optimize product ROI.

経験・スキル

■Required:
・7+ years of experience in Product Management, with 3+ years leading PM teams in MarTech, CRM, or AI products.
・Deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels, SEO/SEM, and data-driven personalization.
・Strong ownership, resilience under pressure, and experience working in cross-cultural environments.

■Preferred:
・Proficiency in the Japanese language and familiarity with Japan's consumer marketing dynamics.
・Experience with conversational AI, chatbots, or hospitality marketing.
・Experience in publicly listed companies or organizations preparing for an IPO.
