We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Retail Sales Associate to join the Japan client-facing team.
In this role, you will focus on client conversion, onboarding, and long-term relationship management to support client base growth through high-volume engagement in a KPI-driven environment.

■Main tasks include:
・Proactively contact inbound and outbound opportunities to convert them into traded accounts.
・Support clients through onboarding, account setup, and the initial funding process.
・Maintain high daily contact volume and consistent follow-up via phone, email, and live chat.
・Manage and grow a portfolio of active clients, including high-value accounts.
・Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs such as call volume and revenue targets.
・Collaborate with the marketing team to arrange and participate in customer events and webinars.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or financial services.
・Strong interest and knowledge in FX/CFD or financial markets.
・Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
・JSDA (Japan Securities Dealers Association) and Representative License.
・Highly motivated, KPI-driven, resilient, and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
