■About the Company

■Role Overview
You will ensure the operational excellence, stability, and availability of critical B2C digital platforms (CRM and eCommerce), driving continuous service improvement and managing internal stakeholders and external vendors.

■Main tasks include:
・Manage operational support and transition for B2C platforms.
・Handle ticket backlog and monitor End-to-End SLAs strictly.
・Lead critical incident management and root cause analysis.
・Engage with business stakeholders to prioritize minor enhancements.
・Oversee vendor performance, metrics, and strategic alignment.
・Drive continuous service improvement using automation and AI tools.

経験・スキル

【Requirements】
・5+ years of Digital IT operations experience in multinational firms.
・Proven expertise in managing CRM or eCommerce platforms.
・Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
・Strong growth mindset with resilience in ambiguous situations.
・Experience with Salesforce (SFMC/SFCC) or Google Cloud Platform.
・ITIL certification or familiarity with ITSM frameworks.
・Experience in exploring automation or AI-assisted support tools.
