■About our Client

■Role Overview
Lead overall accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance (IFRS, JGAAP), and prepare timely financial statements while providing advisory and risk management support to department leadership.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead and perform accurate monthly postings and financial reporting.
・Cooperate with internal and external audits with full transparency.
・Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with ISO/ISMS rules.
・Manage accounting books and business documents per local laws.
・Advise other units and support tax filings, AP/AR, and system updates.
・Transfer knowledge and share latest job info with designated deputy.

■Requirements
【Mandatory Requirements】

・Fluent Japanese and Business English communication skills.
・7-8+ years of general accounting experience.
・Knowledge of group financial reporting practices.
